At KCM Packers & Movers, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth moving experience. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service was not provided as agreed due to issues from our end.
- Damage or loss occurred during transit due to negligence on our part (subject to insurance claims).
- Cancellation requests made within the allowed timeframe (see Cancellation Policy below).
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- Delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, government restrictions).
- The customer provides incorrect or incomplete information.
- Items are damaged due to improper packing by the customer.
- Cancellation occurs after the service has already been initiated.
2. Cancellation & Refund Process
Cancellation Before Scheduled Date:
- If you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled moving date, a partial refund may be provided (after deducting administrative fees).
- Last-minute cancellations (24 hours of the move) may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee or no refund.
Refund Request Procedure:
- Contact us at 7400070091 with your order details and reason for the refund request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed and credited within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
3. Partial Refunds
In cases where only part of the service was unsatisfactory, we may issue a partial refund based on the nature of the issue.
